I am delighted to welcome you to our school. There is something very special about Winstanley where we all work together to make school a safe, happy and fun place to learn. Our mission statement is EVERYONE, EVERY DAY where every person is a valued member of the school community.
As a school family, we share and live by our agreed values: kindness, teamwork, friendship, trust, resilience, respect, courage and ambition. Pupils are supported to develop their understanding of these values through assemblies, our curriculum and enrichment experiences.
Our aims and ethos underpin everything we do. We work together, to make a difference, by raising aspirations and striving for personal and academic excellence. We encourage our pupils to develop a growth mindset by instilling a belief that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
