Remote Learning
On the occasion that school may close to pupils, for example, due to adverse weather conditions, we will be providing work for children to complete at home in order to minimise loss of learning opportunities.
Teachers will upload work via the online platform Seesaw.
Please download the app by following the instructions below:
- Go to https://web.seesaw. me on a computer or install the Seesaw Class iOS or Android app.
- Tap “I’m a Student”.
- Scan or type in your Home Learning code. This is a QR code that can be found in the front of reading records and homework books.
- Remember, this code is like a password. Keep it safe!
- Post to your journal, respond to activities, and view class announcements.
Children in Early Years already use Seesaw as part of their learning journey, so any remote learning will be posted there.
Microsoft Teams
Should school be closed for an extended period of time, children may be asked to join a live lesson with their teacher. You will receive an invitation to this via Edulink.
